1 lb packages of strip bacon OR 1.5 pounds of ends and pieces (great for adding to dips or seasoning dishes), USDA pastured pork
 
Make our BLT Dip!
 
1 lb bacon, fried crisp and chopped
1 can Rotel (you decide how spicy)
1 c sour cream
1 c mayo (we prefer Duke's but you know you)
Chopped scallions on the top (it'll make it look like you tried hard)
 
Mix and eat with Scoops!
