From Littles to Bigs

16 weeks ago we picked up 18 tiny chicks (cheepcheeps in the farm vernacular). We'd ordered 15 little girls but the hatchery included 3 extra to cover any tiny tragedies that might have happened. No tragedies though! All 18 little ladies made it through and have been a treat to watch grow up.

Just a chick, looking deep into your soul.

And now, they're about to start laying eggs - all grown up!
