Porch Swing Farm Day - 3/31

Greetings from Wednesday night! Chilly tonight and hail earlier today. An odd one. Liz still holding out with those piglets. (tiny fist shaking)

We got our VERY FIRST Old Spot pork (cool article about this pork here) on Monday and cooked the first dinner of it tonight - pork chops with cornichon (tiny pickles) and mustard cream sauce - a recipe we actually have on the regular but it's also in that article listed above. So good. So satisfying to have something that was well-cared. I'm proud of us.
